The location was incredible in a taxi to the town and the staff here was genuinely nice and understanding. It was also just off Galway, A great tourist destination and the dining and bar areas.
I didn't find swimming pool, so was a little disappointed.

Sincerely, it was an excellent stay for an one night visit. We ate in the outstanding restaurant for breakfast which was reasonably priced.
The staff was unbelievably rude.

It was in a very central setting on top of the reception area. And we were next to the square n shops and bars, and the city center-of 5 minute cab ride.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a nice bathroom, very comfortable beds plus good facilities and care about everyone. Hotel restaurant is GREAT for dinner and breakfast.
The bathrooms are quite small.
